At LCS, we bring design and construct together through one connected team.
For more than 20 years, we have worked with clients to take projects from early ideas through to completed landscapes. We are especially passionate about projects that shape how people move, learn, connect and spend time outdoors.
In education settings, outdoor spaces can help children build confidence, test ideas, form friendships and feel a sense of belonging. In council and community spaces, thoughtful landscapes can bring people together, support play and movement, and create places people genuinely want to use.
Our team includes landscape architects, estimators, project managers, qualified tradespeople and experienced site crews. We work closely with clients, consultants, schools and councils to create spaces that feel practical, safe and full of possibility.
From small upgrades to larger landscape packages, our design and construct approach keeps projects clear, collaborative and aligned from the start, so every space is built with care, purpose and pride.
Discover & Define
We begin with a face-to-face meeting and site inspection.
This stage focuses on understanding project goals, budget, site conditions, and how the space will be used. A clear design fee proposal is then prepared based on the agreed scope.
Design Development
Once engaged, we complete a detailed site analysis and consult with key stakeholders.
Concept designs are developed to scale using hand sketches, mixed media, and digital tools. Designs outline layout, materials, finishes, and overall intent. The concept is reviewed, refined, and confirmed before progressing
Detailed Design & Costing
Approved concepts are developed into detailed construction documentation.
Our in-house estimating team prices the project alongside the design process, ensuring costs align with the agreed budget and scope. This integrated approach removes cost uncertainty.
Construction & Delivery
Design and construction are delivered as one seamless process.
Our skilled, full-time construction crews build the project with consistent quality and attention to detail. We remain involved throughout construction and are available after completion for ongoing support.
