LCS delivered the redevelopment of Playford Road Reserve for Campbelltown City Council, transforming the former Rostrevor Tennis Club site into a neighbourhood park. The project retained the site's sporting focus while creating more opportunities for play, recreation and community connection.
The reserve combines tennis, basketball and netball facilities with a shaded playground and nature play elements. Climbing, balancing, swinging and sliding offer varied physical challenges, while open lawns provide space for informal games. Accessible pathways connect these facilities with sheltered picnic areas, barbecues and an accessible public toilet.
Sensory and educational gardens add opportunities for discovery beyond the playground. Together, these spaces support a broader range of users and activities, bringing new purpose to an underused reserve.
