Jack Watkins Reserve
LCS delivered the Jack Watkins Reserve redevelopment, a significant community open space project involving the coordination of multiple work fronts and specialist trades within an active public reserve environment.
The project incorporated demolition works, extensive hardscape construction, park furniture and picnic facilities, turf and tree establishment, irrigation upgrades and supporting landscape infrastructure. Careful planning and staged delivery were required to maintain public safety, manage stakeholder interfaces and minimise disruption throughout construction.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates LCS’s capability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary reserve upgrades while maintaining programme commitments, quality standards and effective stakeholder communication.
